Wigs & Wig Care products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer in Hollywood California. 

On occasion some products may be on backorder. Please feel free to message me if you would like to confirm product availability before you make a purchase. 

If your item is on backorder, I will contact you within 48 hours with an estimated delivery date.  You will have the option of waiting until your item is in, request a product substitution or request a refund.
